Builder Resource Network can provide pre-screened referrals to homeowners in need of qualified contractor and service providing real-estate professionals. We have taken the guess work out of who to call when something is damaged, obsolete or needs updating by providing a referral for a pre-screened qualified contractor or service provider. Additionally, we have qualified remodelers, real-estate attorneys, diagnostic services, home maintenance, home decorators, and green building consultants. From the smallest of repairs to a complete home renovation, our Network members are ready to serve you! Our exclusive network of contractors, service providers, and real estate professionals must meet an extensive list of criteria before they can be certified as a BRN resource. Our members must have at least 10 years of experience within their specialty, appropriate knowledge of local and state codes, maintain and carry required licenses, bonding and insurance limits as well as adhere to our strict guidelines for customer service
