Budapest Convention Bureau

We are the official convention bureau for Hungary and its capital city Budapest. We are responsible for attracting conferences and business events to our destination. We act as a one-stop-shop for conference and meeting planners from all over the world by helping them find and select the best local partners and suppliers, press contacts, industry leaders and other stakeholders. As a not-for-profit organization, our advice is neutral and our help is free of charge. Services: - Promoting Hungary and its capital city Budapest worldwide as a premier business events destination - Helping organizers find the right hotels, venues, DMCs, PCOs and other service providers in Hungary based on client needs - Collecting relevant data, statistics, and information in regard to past, current, and upcoming events - Publishing a destination event calendar - Publishing and distributing marketing materials on Hungary and Budapest - Offering assistance with organizing your site visit - organizing familiarization trips and educational visits - bidding, lobbying, and providing assistance for international association conferences. We are a member of ICCA, PCMA, MPI, UIA, and the Strategic Alliance of National Convention Bureaus of Europe.
