From April to October 2020, there are: • 6 monthly workshops (with 2 sessions in each workshop) • 5 coffee talk sessions • 5 mentoring sessions • final project collaboration • various community activities • Individual Development Plan (IDP) check-ins • monthly module handbooks (including practice exercises) • monthly community evaluation BGP facilitators come from diverse backgrounds: founders, C-levels, VPs, consultants, trainers, multinational companies, startups, and government.
