Brotuck Machines

Machining services provided for custom manufactured products. Capabilities include broaching, drilling, knurling, milling, thread cutting, and turning. Other services offered are bending cutting, brazing, shearing, and MIG, TIG, and free hand welding. Materials worked with are aluminum, brass, copper, iron, stainless steel, steel, bronze, carbon steel, plastic, cast iron, and graphite. Production tolerance is +/-.0002 in. for conventional machining and+/-.005 in. for welding services. Finished part sizes can be 1 in. to 6 in., 6 in. to 12 in., 12 in. to 24 in., 24 in to 48 in., and 48 in. or larger for conventional machining. For products that undergo welding or metal fabrication part sizes can be 96 in. or larger. Prototypes and short run production made available. Industries served are industrial, machine tool, and tool and die.
