The company was founded in 2010 by Heather Henry, a nurse entrepreneur and Queen's Nurse who was recognised in 2018 as one of the top 70 NHS Confederation health and care stars.
Heather also actively campaigns to address health inequalities nationally and had vast experience in national health and care policy in this area.
She also campaigns for the investment and development of primary and community nursing.
