Brighter Futures Foster Care

Brighter Futures Foster Care Limited is an independent fostering agency. It was established in 2007 by the current Directors, Justina Gay and Sali Walker. Our agency achieved a 'good' in our recent Ofsted inspection and operates across the South and East of England with children placed from 20 different local authorities. We currently have carers in Kent, East and West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hampshire. The agency has low staff turnover rates, low placement breakdown rates and high satisfaction levels amongst carers and young people. Our vision is to make sure young people are happy, foster carers feel values, staff are motivated and stakeholders feel positive results have been achieved. Our mission is to provide caring and supportive placements for children and young people, which will enable them to achieve positive life outcomes.
