We also work to close existing gaps in capability and services, whilst optimising efficiency and capacity to address the skills shortage across the industry. This includes balance the growing demands on the organisation through innovation, thought leadership, organisation change, and an expanded geographical footprint.
This business model now reflects our strategic objectives and will drive a suite of operational activities which are focused on candidate care, the apprentice pipeline, filling vacancies, individual and team responsibilities.
