Superyachts are defined as private recreational boats, propelled sailing or motor, whose total length (LOA) is equal to or greater than 24 meters (78 feet) and which has permanent crew, working full time.

The ABRASSI was founded in April 2014 for companies and professionals who work with these vessels in the Brazilian market with the aim of improving not only this thread, but the boating industry as a whole.
The association functions as an institutional core of the industry in which professionals, boat owners, captains, crew and correlated segments can communicate, to network, add ideas and opinions in short, work as a group to promote the developments needed to raise the Brazil to the list of countries that practice the standards of quality and safety that is observed in mature markets.
