Bower & Octant (B&O) is a consultancy that designs and supervises civil engineering works, and specializes in marine and coastal engineering among other disciplines. It was established in 2017 in Dubai, UAE, as a sole proprietorship. While our company is relatively new, our management team possesses more than 30 years of experience in the field. Our core principles of unity, family, and integrity are embraced by our staff, and this has helped B&O to remain strong since its founding.
