Our virtual platform offers us the opportunity to reach more people and help them stay committed to a healthy lifestyle regardless of where they live. We currently train in-studio in New Bedford and Mattapoisett; Offer online fitness classes Monday-Saturday through MINDBODY Online; Coach one on one sessions with clients from Michigan to New Zealand; And we host online resilience and nutrition programs throughout the year.
