Bosera Asset Management

Established on July 13, 1998, Bosera Asset Management Co., Ltd. was one of the first five fund management companies established in China. To date it has evolved to become one of the largest asset management institutions in China, with a complete set of business licenses. In November 2002, Bosera became one of the first six investment managers sanctioned to manage the National Social Security Fund portfolios. In August 2005, the Company was among the first batch of 15 investment managers licensed to manage corporate pension plans. In February and March 2008, it successively obtained the licenses for managing separate accounts and overseas investments for Chinese clients. Bosera is an independent asset management institution serving over 10 million retail investors and 3 million pensioners, with assets under management exceeding US$ 30 billion.
