Bootcamp UK (BCUK) specialise in Outdoor Military style training. We aim to push you that one step further in order to reach those goals which seemed so distant in the beginning. Our trainers are experts in this field and will ensure to get the very best from you. All of our fitness classes take place outdoors in parks and other similar public places, the classes run throughout the year no matter the weather. Each class lasts for 1 hour and includes a specific warm up and cool down. Our classes will be challenging and the instructors will make sure they get the very best from you, however they are conducted in a fun and friendly way which will leave you with a sense of achievement.
