Bondcliff Partners is a partnership between a dedicated professional - Dan Doud - and a team of investors intended to acquire a single, great business and preserve its legacy while investing in profitable growth.
We want to invest in a lower-middle market company with a track record of growth and profitability. While there are a number of characteristics that make a business great, we are focusing on:
• B2B, tech-enabled service markets that are growing ~8%+ per year
• Businesses with ~$1M+ in EBITDA a
• Relatively capital light

• Bondcliff Partners is run by a single professional: Dan is is responsible for all activities related to pursuing an acquisition of a single business
• We are not a private equity firm or a strategic buyer: Bondcliff will not manage a portfolio of companies from the center or integrate your business into a larger entity
• Dan will work directly with you: During a transition, he can offer a business owner a number of benefits as a partner in this process
Dan's past professional and personal experiences also positions Bondcliff Partners to be a value-added partner during this time of transition:
• Prior to Bondcliff, Dan was a Manager in the Boston office of Bain & Company, a top-tier consultancy, where he primarily advised private equity funds by conducting diligence on potential acquisition targets
• Dan has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS in finance and accounting from Northeastern University
• Prior to his MBA, Dan began his career in corporate finance at General Electric
