The combination of BonCulina as an international foodservice brand, and the over 20 year experience in the prepared meals market for the team in Colchester, the new company is stronger than ever. As food manufacturers, we understand the catering and operational constraints our clients work under. To meet these needs, BonCulina provide a range of meal solutions that are flexible to differing environments, individual needs and personal budget. We work with over 100 hospitals in the UK, and we are proud to be part of those catering services, providing operating efficiencies through our meal solutions. Our factory kitchen in the heartland of Colchester is a state of the art manufacturing kitchen, which bakes, cooks and prepares meals five days a week. To help reduce waste and maximise resources, our ranges can be purchased in large multi-pack sizes, or as individual dishes, and many can be produced as either chilled or frozen.
