Boer Architects, Inc. is a full service architectural firm specializing in the alteration and repair of existing buildings. Choosing not to focus on any single building type, Boer Architects, Inc has completed a wide variety of projects including municipal facilities, apartment buildings, condominiums, restaurants, retail stores, schools, medical facilities, office facilities and industrial buildings. Boer Architects, Inc. prefers and utilizes the technically demanding DESIGN-BID-BUILD approach required by their municipal and governmental clients and completes the majority of its projects utilizing this traditional delivery method. During the course of completing a project they work strictly in their Clients' best interest, in effect functioning as their Clients' advocate.
