Body Temp Yoga brings a more balanced approach to hot yoga.
We believe in being Yoga Hot where our emphasis is on the Yoga rather than the heat.
We offer a variety of yoga styles to help you develop a more healthy and well-rounded yoga practice. Our yoga styles include: the invigorating 'no flow' Bikram derived Basic Hot Yoga where you sweat and stretch the stress and tension right out of your body; the revitalizing slow flow Vinyasa Power Yoga class where breath unites the body and mind; the challengiing Sculpt Yoga with Weights class where your strength and endurance are put to the test; the quiet Yin Yoga class where your joints and connective tissue of the body get the attention they so richly deserve; and the calming Candlelight Yoga class (our Basic Hot class taken down a notch -- less hot) where you will unwind the accumulated stress of the day and get a blissful night's rest.
