Technology platforms have transformed the interaction between travelers and lodging providers, making it possible to run a lean and remotely managed short-term rental business. We are a boutique real estate investment and management firm focused on maximizing value from this new and exciting market. We partner with property owners, managers and investors on a project by project basis and tailor deal terms accordingly.
