Since the end of 2019, the company has been part of the private British engineering and industrial group Langley Holdings plc. and a subsidiary of German printing chemicals supplier DC DruckChemie GmbH with facilities in 10 European locations, as well as Brazil and Mexico. The Kruibeke site is mainly active in the development, production and distribution of printing chemicals for flexographic, digital and offset printing for the packaging and commercial markets.
