Together Dee and Kylie have 8 years People and Project Management experience and have been training a range of audiences as a team for the last five years. They are each qualified trainers, workplace coaches and Prince2 and MSP Practitioners, as well as holding Post Graduate Certificates in Leadership & Management from Keele University. This wealth of knowledge enables Blue Seas to provide a professional, quality approach that is fresh, innovative and successful. Blue Seas Training and Consultancy recently won funding from the Enterprise Fellowship Scheme, for their innovative business proposal and dedication to 'making training work'.
