Blezard Ltd. is a Consultancy Practice specialising in Building Engineering Services. The practice was founded in 1960 and operates from our head office in Preston. We operate across all sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, education, retail, and sports and leisure, with extensive experience in healthcare and framework agreements. Our projects range from refurbishment schemes to multi-million pound developments. Our team bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to meet current legislation and deliver good practice design whilst demonstrating detailed knowledge of up-to-date technology, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. We also assist with cost management and provide full project management services in relation to engineering contracts. Blezard are supported by the latest CAD, BIM and energy analysis technology and can offer various levels of support to the Client, Design Team, or FM departments specifically tailored to the project requirements. We adopt a proactive philosophy to the construction process and believe early consultation and involvement of our services helps achieve a safe and healthy internal environment whilst consciously reducing the impact on the external environment.
