From 2009-2019 Bleating Heart Cheese produced premium quality, award-winning “American Original” cheeses made from sheep, jersey cow, water buffalo and goat milk. Every wheel of Bleating Heart cheese was totally handcrafted in small batches with local milk sourced from small family-run dairies in the Sonoma-Marin dairy region north of San Francisco. We are proud of the work we did over those 10 years and thank everyone who supported us!
