Blackwater Environmental Group, LLC (Blackwater), a certified small, minority and disadvantaged firm, was formed in 2009 with the goal of supporting agencies in the transportation and energy industries to make better, more informed decisions on environmental matters by incorporating environmental and community values early in the planning process.
