Black Lion is a private real estate investment company founded by two experienced principals Jimmy Bobby Gatlin and Tim Ichi Young whom have enjoyed a professional association of nearly twenty years and an operating/investment partnership since 2011 with Austin Capital Advisors and Harbour Realty Partners. Blacklion’s investment process is based on a fundamental approach to, and a deep understanding of, real estate value creation across economic cycles and geographic regions led by Joshua Sanders.
