Fashioned after, and affiliated with the national, award-winning agency of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (founded in 1904), our chapter remains as vital a part of the social service structure of Mercer County as it was when it was founded. Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Since 2002, when it was reincorporated, BBBS-Mercer has positively impacted the lives of over 8,000 at-risk children in Mercer County.
