B Hire

Hi, my name is Ваня (Vanya) and I am a recruiter. I have been helping companies hire people for over a decade now. I guess I specialize in tech recruiting since I have been working with tech companies for most of my career. That doesn’t mean I don’t like to hire for other industries, on the contrary, I love diversity and I dream about getting a request from a retail company or an engineering firm, or a yoga studio. That dream doesn’t come true very often, though. Sigh. I sometimes think I am destined to talk to nerds for the rest of my life. But I like it! My home base is in beautiful British Columbia, Canada and I spent a few months a year in Eastern Europe, which is where I am originally from. I also have a few hobbies that take me to places like Argentina, Hawaii and who knows where else, so I could say I am a nomad. I am currently working with two very promising companies in the Metro Vancouver Area. New Hippo Health is a start-up on a mission to transform the Canadian healthcare system. Quini develops and markets enterprise software and wine data solutions for the restaurant and wine industries.
