Its open weave structure makes chain link fence easy to see through and is a popular choice in sporting applications and general enclosures. Sometimes called wire netting or hurricane fence, chain link fences are identified by wires that run vertically and bend into a zig-zag pattern. This forms the characteristic diamond shape associated with this chain link fencing. Chain link fencing provides an affordable, secure fence material with maximum visibility for your outdoor space. Chain link fence is probably the most common fence. It can be from 36″ tall to 144″ tall. Chain link fence can be all galvanized material, all vinyl coated material or galvanized framework with vinyl wire.
