Bettridge Centre

A Centre for excellence in Sport and the Arts: this community run facility offers a wide selection of activities for the whole family. Facilites include; The main hall which is licensed to seat 300 people. It accommodates 3 full size badminton courts plus a superb, professionally equipped stage. There is a second smaller hall (1 full size badminton court) offers a great space for smaller social occasions, theatrical productions, business meetings etc. This hall also has Cinema facilities. We also have an upstairs lounge which is suitable for small functions c/w dance floor, kitchen facilities and small utility area. All of this is supported by changing facilities, toilets and showers. The centre is also fully equipped for disabled access. Sport: We offer numerous sporting activities within our two halls; including Fitstars, badminton, indoor football, netball, Choi kwon do and many more. If we don't offer the sport you want, talk to us: we may be able to make arrangements to accommodate. The Arts: We offer superb theatrical facilities and actively support our local thespians, both junior and senior. We also host a number of professional productions with the support of NEAT (North East Arts Touring). We also have Coastal play twice a month on Saturdays offering soft play sessions and parties. The Bettridge Centre is the Child Company of Newtonhill Community Hall Association (NCHA). NCHA is a registered charity in Scotland - SC002063.
