Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC) is a regional leader in real estate management, investment and development. We own and manage an investment portfolio of 80+ properties including 3.3 million square feet of commercial space and over 5,500 apartments in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. It all started back in 1953 with Norman Bernstein. He had this crazy idea to build a real estate management company that puts people first.
