Belgrade Stock Exchange is Serbian securities market operator. In addition to organizing the trading, the Belgrade SE is also engaged in promotion and development of the capital market, distribution and licensing of market data, investor education, etc.
Belgrade SE was initially founded in 1894, than closed after the WWII, and reestablished in 1989. Trading at the Belgrade SE is electronic, and is performed by stock exchange members – investment companies and authorized banks. Trading at the Belgrade SE is organised at the Regulated Market (Prime Listing, Standard Listing and Open Market) and multilateral trading facility – MTP.
