We are a consulting boutique working in the Marketing & Sales domain. There are three primary engagements of ours - Brand Advisory, Sales & Distribution Advisory and People Development.
We do some interesting stuff on Brands and that includes getting deeper in to the core of the Brand and constructing (or re-constructing) the complete Brand Architecture. We have prosperity tool, I-Square, that allows us to filter stories, tales, characteristics and values among other stuff to get to 'Sources of Brand Identity' and 'Brand Selling Propositions' - BSPs as we call them. Under the Sales & Distribution Advisory - we work on mechanisms and channels necessary for reaching out to the targeted customers. Right from profiling the channels of distribution to their management and lubrication - we work on every aspect of the domain.
People Development is something we picked up along the way in our journey and we simply relish it. We work on Sales & Marketing people and since most of us come from similar background we find that we can relate to this fraternity better (we are treated as 'insiders'). Developing Sales & Marketing professionals through Competency Mapping, Learning & Development leading to Coaching and conducting Workshops - we do it all. Somewhere we feel we owe it to this community!
