I am a friendly, welcoming and approachable therapist with life experiences and professional training to help work towards transformation. Hypnotherapy can be used to help a variety of challenges including; Anxiety, Self esteem, Weight management, Feeling stuck, Life events, Panic and Phobias/Fears, Self confidence, Smoking Cessation, Pain management, Relaxation, Stress management, unwanted habits, Earlier years challenges/past trauma, Direction, Upcoming events, Public speaking, Career confidence, Preparation for IVF/Pregnancy, and more….as long as YOU want that change, and we can work together. I offer a Free First Consultation which can be done face to face or via Zoom. Hypnotherapy sessions will be tailored to meet your needs, each person is very different and there are a wide range of skills that can be used to help. I am very often told how relaxing my voice is, I am also a Yoga and Meditation teacher, and run monthly Gong meditations in Bourne and near Stamford, Lincs.
