In 2005 I graduated from the International Academy of Health & Skin Care in Cape Town with Merit. My beauty career have taken my from the shores of South Africa to International Luxury 5-Star Cruise Liners from the USA, Australia, South America and Europe for many years. The importance of colour design stems from the significance of colour to the human mind. Colour creates ideas, expresses messages, spark interest, and generate certain emotions and influences spiritual wellbeing. At Beauty by Hanna, we've decided to focus on 2 colours. Black and Gold. Two very strong colours, with distinct, beautiful attributes and meaning. The colour black represents power, mystery, strength, authority, elegance, formality and sophistication. It also represents forgiveness and absolution of past or present mistakes. Black has many spiritual properties and is associated with cleansing, circumstances and emotions or vibrations. Your life has just begun, in a sense. The colour gold represents love, compassion, illumination, courage, passion, magic, wisdom, wealth, success, status, triumph and achievement. At the upper most level, this is a colour which is associated with higher ideals, wisdom, understanding and enlightenment. It inspires knowledge, spirituality and a deep understanding of the self and the soul.
