Beacon College is a nonprofit liberal arts school and America's first accredited baccalaureate program dedicated to educating students primarily with learning disabilities, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences.
Beacon was founded in 1989 by a group of parents who were concerned by the lack of higher-education opportunities for students with learning disabilities.
Education support services include a Writing Center and a Math lab equipped with assistive technology, learning specialists, life coaches, counselors, peer mentors, and occupational therapists available to assist students with their academic and personal goals.
