We monitor alarms, CCTV, technical, medical, environmental alarms, elevators, lone workers and tracking systems.
Upon a triggering event (like a break in, hold up, panic, medical or fire), the panel seizes the phone line (some panels use internet, cellular, or radio transmissions) and calls the the monitoring and alarm receiving center BeMARC .
The panel sends data over the phone line (like a fax) and is received and acknowledged by a hardware device called a receiver. The receiver sends the alarm information to the Monitoring Dispatchers computer where it is interpreted, processed and presented to a dispatcher for action.
In the case of a break in, hold up, medical or fire emergency the dispatcher may attempt verification of the event by calling the premises (also known as a subscriber or customer) or will dispatch the police depending on the procedures followed at the central station or the instructions given by the resident or business.
