At Be Well Counseling, I use an integrative, strengths-based approach to empower individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors, life transitions, grief, trauma, and self-esteem to seek physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 plus years of experience, I have seen individuals actively move into mind and body wellness time and time again. I believe in providing a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment and I know that when a client feels supported in this way, healing can occur. I am also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and have experience working with individuals utilizing a proven Functional Medicine lifestyle management set of techniques.
