I’m a passionate women’s health and fitness coach, specialising in the areas of pelvic floor, core, nutrition and women’s wellness. My holistic approach focuses on prenatal, postnatal, perimenopausal and menopausal women with one common goal – to help women move freely.
With over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness sector, and as a former elite GB rower and medallist, I’ve combined all my knowledge and experience to deliver empowering exercise classes, educational workshops and motivational talks – giving women the tools to embrace life.
I’m available to guest speak or deliver workshops and training sessions on these vitally important areas of women’s health - areas which are so often overlooked in the workplace and in the world of sport.
