For more than 40 years, Bayside Orthopaedic Sports Medicine & Rehab Center has provided Baldwin County's most comprehensive leading-edge orthopaedic care.
Our fellowship-trained and board-certified physician team has extensive specialization in joint replacement, fracture care, spinal care, sports medicine and physical therapy.
Bayside Orthopaedic's roots date to 1977, when the practice was founded by Dr Paul Fellers and Dr Robert Eubanks - two of Baldwin County's most groundbreaking physicians instrumental in the development of the surgery unit at Thomas Hospital.
In 1979, Michael Zoghby joined the practice to lead a Physical Therapy program that today has become the most comprehensive on-site rehabilitation complex in Baldwin County.
For the following years, Bayside Orthopaedic grew steadily along with the Fairhope community, at its initial home in the Medical Park behind Thomas Hospital.
By late 1999, the dynamic expansion of southern Baldwin County led to Bayside Orthopaedic's second location including full-time physical therapy services: comprehensive care at last for Foley and the surrounding area close to home and work.
Today, we offer another satellite location in Brewton.
Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists are active in all of the communities we serve – supporting recreational sports programs, serving as team physicians for high school athletics, working with churches and in other projects that enhance our quality of life.
