Our mission is to provide professional management of our clients real estate investments with a commitment to our profession through excellence in service, continued education and precise reporting. We listen carefully to our clients and then strive to provide the best we can offer toward the professional management of their real estate investments. We currently manage a diverse portfolio in South Central Ontario in excess of 5,000 units. Our clients include condominium corporations, non-profit housing corporations, commercial facilities and residential properties. We strive to provide a personal approach to service excellence. Our team is multi-faceted and our management approach includes the pooling of resources and expertise to provide a set of comprehensive real estate service. Whether its operations, financial reporting, or tenant and resident relations, this comprehensive approach provides a platform for efficiency, accountability and performance. We have some of the most competent and capable property managers and administrative staff in the industry. In order to provide excellent service to our clients we constantly re-invest in our people.
