Bax Consulting was founded in November 2018 by Ben Bax.
Ben Bax is a highly experienced Customer Experience leader with proven track record in driving real change into organisations, with particular focus on customer service, client relationships, strategy, work winning and programme management.
Having operated at Director level across several service industries, Ben is expert in development of customer experience strategies and effecting enhanced customer focussed culture change. Delivery of measurable improvements in customer service performance metrics is a key measure of Ben’s success.
Ben is a Vice President of the Institute of Customer Service and a contributor to the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Customer Service in Westminster.
