Cardiac Rehab provides tailored, monitored & controlled exercise for those individuals with or those at risk of Heart Disease in it's purpose built, specialist Centre based in Alton, Hampshire. Serving the communities in North, East, Mid Hampshire & surrounding areas, Cardiac Rehab provides over 50 hours of classes each week with over 25,500 attendances per year. Heart Disease remain one of the UK's single biggest killers with 1 in 4 of the population affected by Heart Disease, and on average 200 people a day in the UK dying from the disease. Cardiac Rehab plays it's part in improving the heart health, fitness and well being for those individuals with or at risk of Heart Disease
