With our earthworks, stabilisation and our civils infrastructure capability Barton offer our clients a multi skilled workforce with reduced interfaces to manage on site. Barton work alongside our Main Contractors but can also offer a Main Contractor solution where required, making Barton a key contractor in our Clients supply chain.
The scope of works undertaken by Barton range from, bulk earthworks, plant maintenance, and soil modification, in situ cement bound materials (CBM), contaminated soil remediation, traditional stabilisation as well as our unique RoadCem option.
We are experts at using lime, cement, and RoadCem stabilisation to improve in situ soils to the stringent construction specifications required. This is an exceptionally cost-effective construction method for improving the properties of virtually any soil found on site and reducing aggregate import as well as disposal of materials off site. Stabilisation forms an important part of our value engineered solutions, which we provide to all of our clients and is used regularly in our enabling works packages for construction especially in the logistics, housing, highway and civil engineering sector.
