Barrow Street Theatre is a 199-seat Off-Broadway theatre operated by producers Scott Morfee and Tom Wirtshafter. Since 2003 BST has been home to the following productions: MISTAKES WERE MADE by Craig Wright, starring Michael Shannon; OUR TOWN directed by David Cromer; Lucidity Suitcase's CAPSULE 33; BUG by Tracy Letts; EAT THE TASTE by Greg Kotis; ORSON'S SHADOW by Austin Pendleton; TJ & DAVE; RED LIGHT WINTER by Adam Rapp; Nilaja Sun's NO CHILD... ; AN OAK TREE by Tim Crouch; FLOATING by Hoi Polloi, GONE MISSING created by The Civilians, TWO MEN TALKING (BST, Edinburgh Festival Fringe), Mike Daisey's HOW THEATRE FAILED AMERICA, Theatre Oobleck's THE STRANGERER, BABY WANTS CANDY, THE IMPROVISED SHAKESPEARE COMPANY, and the BST FORTNIGHT SERIES in 2008 and 2009. Together Scott and Tom also produced ADDING MACHINE: A MUSICAL (Minetta Lane Theatre), KILLER JOE by Tracy Letts and Glen Berger's UNDERNEATH THE LINTEL (SoHo Playhouse).
