The funds provided are typically used to accelerate growth, to finance acquisition(s), and/or to purchase stakes from existing shareholders. Banksia Capital adds value as a non-executive fellow shareholder. Our mission is to identify, invest in and add value to profitable market-leading businesses in WA to generate exceptional risk adjusted returns with our partners. Our target investees are typically valued at $5m to $75m with profits of $1m to $15m.
