Bamrras Engineering Company was established in 2008 and is located in the unpolluted environment of the Industrial Town Malerkolta. The promoters of the company have a very long experience of about 40 years in the manufacturing of Rolls.With great dedication and zeal to create excellence rolls the company reached at the peak of success in the short period of seven years. The casting process has been developed in modern Foundry and the melting is done with the state of art Induction Furnace. The long experience of our foundry men and adequate selection of raw material as well as accurate laboratory testing of each roll before and after casting has resulted in the production of Rolls with proper chemical and physical properties. We cast our rolls both with static casting process as well as centrifugal casting process which is our specialty. Rolls casted with centrifugal casting process have better strength high density and uniform chill depth with fewer casting defects.We have also set up a sound Research and Development Department which is headed by Qualified Engineers with rich experience in the roll line. They kept continuously engaged in carrying out research and analysis to keep pace with the latest technological advancements. We look personally into every aspect of requirement of customers and our concern for quality runs through an extensive quality control process which ends into constant innovation development of our product for every application. Mostly we supply rolls with diameters ranging from 150mm to 500mm and in length from 150mm to 1500mm. The hardness of our roll ranged from 40&deg shore to 75&deg shore and chill depth from 15mm to 100mm.
