Ball Magnets is an elite training app designed to improve your AFL skills, game awareness and fitness by training with the competition's best players. Ball Magnets will provide you with best AFL training programs, insights and information that you will find nowhere else. If you want the edge on your competitors and to be the best you can be, then this app is for you.
The Ball Magnets team includes some of the game’s biggest names including Brownlow medallists Tom Mitchell and Lachie Neale, Carlton Club Captain Patrick Cripps, Number 1 draft pick Matthew Rowell and Erin Phillips, the best player in the AFLW, as well as other special guests who are also stars in the AFL.
Inspired through Covid, drills are designed to be completed with a partner or in small groups. Who knows if group football training will cancelled again!
Each week a new football session will be released as well as a new strength and conditioning session for a total of two new sessions per week.
These sessions should take roughly 15 minutes to complete so they’re very achievable. There will be weekly challenges to test yourself against the best.
This app will provide you with the extra work required to get the edge.
