Baithak Foundation is a Pune based NGO using Indian traditional music as a tool for the development of the individual and society.
Started in year 2016, Baithak has so far worked with more than 50 schools and has reached out to more than 5000 children from the disadvantaged background.
Baithak's flagship program - APT - is a minimum three years intervention aimed at gradually introducing and then teaching Indian Traditional Music to students from low income schools and community centres.
Baithak Foundation aims to empower young practitioners of traditional art forms. We engage with more than 150 young and upcoming artists and our interventions support them financially.
