If you had to label us, you could call us a homebuilder or a restoration specialist or a general contractor—but our work is about so much more than that. We view every project as an opportunity to demonstrate our passion to elevate the places people inhabit. We craft unique spaces—and we love it. We got our start in 2012 restoring homes in some of Cincinnati’s most historic neighborhoods. To us, old places are just plain awesome—which is part of the reason why we love our neighborhood and are proud to call Over-the-Rhine home. We’ve uncovered so many incredible relics and stories from the buildings we’ve worked in, but restoration is only the tip of the iceberg. Our passion since the beginning has always centered on the character of a space and how it can be fully, meaningfully revealed—no matter if the build is a new development or in a building that’s 148 years old. Our favorite word is “yes” and we’re lucky that we get to say it a lot. From end-to-end, we transparently manage the design and build process. We leverage close par tnerships with the right architecting and contracting experts to give us visibility and control over the true possibility for a project. Pair that with our love and affinity for new technology and we make for a pretty nimble and agile team. Our focus has always been to give our customers and par tners incredible choice. We aren’t about a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all approach to building— and we’ll tailor a project completely to what’s workable for you and your vision.
