The concept was inspired by Duke University and World Bank research which showed that the primary path out of poverty is through income diversification i.e., changing jobs. Babajob was developed with the purpose to make a positive social impact on society. Babajob was founded with the aim to provide access to better employment opportunities – regardless of people’s literacy level, income level, or computer skills. Companies such as OLA, Puma, and Snapdeal hire drivers, delivery executives, housekeeping staff and countless other positions through us.
