BUDIC is an architectural, urbanism and design bureau founded by Fernando Pérez Vera in 2006. On completion of a Masters in Architecture and Urbanism (M.Arch) at the Architectural Association in London and after working with Zaha Hadid Architects for many years, he founded the firm with the aim of undertaking design projects irrespective of scale and sector following an in-depth investigation of client and users needs.
Working collaboratively with private, corporate and government clients, BUDIC has developed an impressive portfolio of projects of all scales and types: interiors, residential, commercial, hotels, retail, civic facilities, healthcare and urban master planning. Several projects have been constructed or are in the process of construction.
Today, BUDIC is comprised of an experienced team of architects, urban planners and designers that collaborate with a network of affiliated engineering and consultancy firms with a proven track record in their fields: structural, MEP, LEED, quantity surveying, lighting, landscape, graphic design.
