B.T.Trucking, Inc. began in 1988 by President and Founder Michael Irwin. The company commenced operations with thirty- five owner operators and fifty trailers. Today B.T. Trucking continues to be a family-owned business operated by the Irwin family. Operations are run by Mike Irwin, President, and Administrative Services is Managed by Linda, Mike’s wife. As of June 2012 a second generation of the Irwin family has been added with Mike and Linda’s son, Ryan, a recent graduate of Loras College, in Dubuque, Iowa. Ryan graduated with a degree in Marketing and has been assigned to the Sales Management team. Operations are based out of our southwest suburban Chicago location. Our modern facility encompasses twenty-five thousand square feet of office space and warehouse space for our staff of 30 employees including Sales, Dispatch, Safety, Administration and a full Clerical staff. There are three acres of parking area for our 250 trailers and power units based in the Chicago area. The entire staff has been extensively trained to deliver the special attention that every customer requires and deserves. Whether it is one load a week or twenty loads a day YOU are our most important customer!
